Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is finally completed As a Service BDC Representative, your role on our Service Team would be focused on customer service, assisting our clients, and clerical duties that come with warranty work.
The ideal candidate would have excellent phone etiquette, a warm personality, and previous warranty admin experience.Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities
Scheduling customers into our online system.
Dispatching roadside assistance.
Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
Proactive outbound service scheduling.
Answering phone and email correspondence.
