You are responsible for implementing process optimizations, including adapting work and procedural instructions, OLAF articles, and one-pagers.
You conduct professional training for employees on process changes, potentially in collaboration with the process owner.

You provide telephone consultations for pharmacies.
You organize and conduct testing activities for the Rezept 300 Suite in collaboration with the process owner.
You ensure team and work organization.
What you bring:
Completed training as a pharmaceutical-technical assistant (m/f/d).
Comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical law and SGB V.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
You work independently.
You are communicative and have organizational skills.
You act resultsoriented and show initiative.
