We are currently looking for:
Employee (m/f/d) for telephone switchboard & reception in part-time hours/month)
Your responsibilities:
➤ You are the first point of contact for visitors and create a welcoming atmosphere
➤ You will also handle mail processing
➤ Answering phone calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person
We are looking for candidates who bring the following:
➤ You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and have a good rapport with people
➤ Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
➤ Excellent German language skills
➤ Flexible availability (working hours are based on a schedule, in 2 shifts between Mon-Fri> 05:30 am - 01:30 pm or 01:30 pm - 08:00 pm)
➤ A clean record
What we offer:
➤ €12.00 gross/hour; from 01.

€13.00 gross/hour
