- Account for time and expenses in the manner required
- Return calls and emails in the time period required by management.
- Respect client's property.
- Be neat and appropriately dressed.
- Maintain good hygiene.
- Perform all duties as outlined on Client Service Plan and/or as directed by management.
- Keep their business and their personal lives separate.
- Respect the client's privacy and will only discuss a case with authorized personnel.
- Document services provided each shift.
