Job Description:
Administrative and organizational support for management and employees in daily business Internal and external interface: management, employees, and customers Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and business trips, including pre- and post-processing Processing incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and orders Creating monthly performance reports Data maintenance, filing, and guarantee management
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial education, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of other IT tools is a plus Excellent German skills, knowledge of English is desirable Loyalty and discretion combined with cooperation and organizational skills Customer-oriented communication skills Social and analytical competence
