Training as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) in Ennepetal 2024 at South Gull Lake

Tasks:

Machine and plant operators (m/f/d) with a focus on metal and plastic technology work with machines and systems for the production of components, assemblies, and products made of metal and plastic. Before starting production, they review the order documents and prepare the necessary materials (e.g. metal materials, plastic granules). They then set up systems such as turning, drilling, grinding, sawing, or forming machines, load them, put them into operation, and operate them. Assembly of assemblies is also part of their tasks. They monitor the production processes, including the quality and packaging of the finished products, and intervene correctively in case of deviations in quality or disruptions in the process flow. They also regularly maintain the machines to ensure their operational readiness. For example, they refill oils or cooling and lubricants and replace wear parts such as seals, filters, or hoses.
