    We are looking for an Accounting Controller to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
    • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
    • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
    • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
    • Report analysis and findings to management team

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
    • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
    • Detail and deadline-oriented
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    3. Edi reconciliation sbt
      1. Weekly sales analysis overview
      2. Billing actual sold
      3. Maintaiing a master spreadsheet
    4. A/R Account reconciliation customers
    5. A/R reaching out to accounts for payments
    6. Chargeback dispute submissions
    7. Keeping records of all supporting docs of outgoing shipments in case of dispute
    8. Bank deposits
    9. Ach reconciliation
    10. Credit review Alianz/Euhler
    11. Monitoring outstanding credit limits
    12. Requesting credit on new customers
    13. New Customer entry setting limits
    14. Opening Mail
    15. Keeping an accounting of incoming payments
    16. Keeping an accounting of Petty Cash
    17. Identifying discrepancies of payments vs billed amounts
    18. Obtaining POD Backup

    19. WebEDI Portal access.

    Secondary roles

    1. Order entry assistance
    2. Packing list creation
      1. Measurements calculation + entry

    3. BOL Verification + updating in case of discrepancy from initial routing to actual
