    Join a Leader in Aerospace Innovation: Senior Flight Test Engineer Needed in Wichita

    Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Our esteemed client in the Aerospace Industry is seeking a Senior Flight Test Engineer to join their dynamic team in Wichita, KS.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead flight test programs from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
    • Design and develop flight test plans, procedures, and instrumentation systems to evaluate aircraft performance and capabilities.
    • Analyze flight test data to assess aircraft performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for design modifications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and flight test personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of [X years] of experience in flight testing, with a proven track record of leading successful flight test programs.
    • Proficiency in flight test techniques, instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
    • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • FAA Flight Test Pilot certification (preferred but not required).
