YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


For our location in Haynrode, we are currently looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

  • Creation of inspection plans, test instructions, and test process plans to ensure compliance with required quality standards
  • Introduction of new or modified testing procedures, accompanying projects from the planning phase to production start
  • Participation in maintaining quality parameters and making decisions regarding the use of manufacturing systems
  • Assistance in developing project-specific quality assurance programs
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, and statistics on quality development within the company
  • Implementation of existing quality standards
  • Training of employees on quality assurance
  • Support in planning and conducting internal and external audits
  • Management of a designated customer base in terms of quality

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree, particularly in the fields of automotive engineering or mechanical engineering, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position in quality management, ideally in the metal processing sector of the automotive industry
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficient use of quality management systems
  • Excellent German skills
  • Team-oriented, meticulous
