Your responsibilities:

Identifying current or potential customers for company products. Developing business opportunities and tapping into potential markets;
Ensuring optimal customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries;
Regular contact with customers (phone, email, and inperson);
Understanding and fulfilling customer needs, as well as building and maintaining longterm customer relationships. Gathering market feedback;
