Responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the shift personnel in close coordination with the engineers and the team leader
  • You handle the order planning and scheduling of the shift personnel
(The plant operates around the clock, all coordination takes place during TSK working hours Mon-Fri)

  • You ensure compliance with standards for occupational safety and operational processes
  • You take on the planning and preparation of repair and maintenance measures, both during planned repair shutdowns and for immediate troubleshooting in close cooperation with maintenance
  • You are responsible for training and instructing the employees assigned to you and for creating the shift report / reporting

Profile:


  • You have a technical vocational training and successfully completed further training as an industrial foreman or technician
