    Description

    Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Developer

    Job Type: Hybrid (Candidate Have to work from the Office Weekly 2~ 3 days)

    Job Location: Chicago / US

    Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning components. This individual should have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning web components, Aura components, and Apex.

    Skill Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Must have 5+ years of Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning development.
    • Must have Proficiency in Lightning web components, Aura components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
    • Must have Experience with Salesforce Lightning App Builder and Process Builder.
    • Must have Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
    • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I and II) are a plus.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Shortlisted Candidates will go through a Coding assessment and then followed by a Technical Interview

    Responsibilities:

    Salesforce Development:

    1. Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning web components, Aura components, and Apex.
    2. Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

    Lightning Component Development:

    1. Develop Lightning components for use in Salesforce applications.
    2. Optimize user interface for efficiency, performance, and user experience.

    Integration:

    1. Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
    2. Work with external teams to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and other platforms.

    Code Review and Best Practices:

    1. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
    2. Mentor and guide junior developers in Salesforce development.

    Testing:

    1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.
    2. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    Documentation:

    1. Document technical specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
    2. Maintain up-to-date documentation for all Salesforce solutions.
