Summary of Position
Exempt position whose primary duties and responsibilities are to maintain all facets of providing EDPs to students in the ArmyIgnitED program. Responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance to students in the selection of Degree Plans. Maintains reporting and quality control procedures for all information submitted to ArmyIgnitED. Provides assistance to students in reference to their selection of EDPs and advises regarding information, procedures, and requirements of a specific program of study and the coursework needed to complete it. Responsible for understanding and interpreting the Colleges policies and degree and certificate programs to help facilitate the students academic success. Also provides degree plan and guidance to active duty, civilians and retirees who needed advice and degree programs provides. Provide supervisory support to the Coordinator, Non-Traditional Learning.
Minimum Required Education
Associates Degree from a U.S. nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum Required Experience
Minimum of four years of wage earning experience, preferably in higher education; two years of wage earning experience with a Bachelors Degree.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. 3. Ability to use student information systems. Colleague and/or Informer experience preferred.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task, with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and students.
Salary 1K/Per Salaried pay scale
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thur 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30, Overtime, describe requirements - As Needed.

Other Information
Able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed to meet contractual obligations. Eligible for coverage under CTCs commercial auto and other liability insurance policies.
