CGM develops strategy and implementation plans that help clients grow by analyzing & optimizing three key areas: Deal Volume, Deal Process, and Actionable Insights.
The purpose of our Predictable Demand System is to generate new opportunities, put them through a repeatable system for qualifying and closing deals, then gather the insights to inform strategic decisions as you continue to invest in your vision for growth.

We are looking for someone with experience in developing and implementing the strategy for paid acquisition channels to drive revenue for B2B companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and deliver strategic workshops with client executive teams.
Lead, manage, and motivate account team members.
Build and establish client relationships by acting as the lead day-to-day contact for client communication, running client meetings, statuses, and presentations.
Serve as a leader within our account teams- managing engagements across multiple functions (ex.Holding team members accountable to client deliverables and deadlines, communicating strategic discussions, and partnering with the team members to drive the overall strategy and results)Provide strategy and recommendations for multichannel marketing (including paid and organic channels) to drive demand.
Collaborate with clients to gather data, insights and business knowledge to develop the overall demand generation strategy.Providing ongoing industry best practices and strategic recommendations, and insights to drive incremental growth.
Identify and communicate optimizations for the overall strategy and marketing plan.
Develop and establish a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
Develop & present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and other reporting for the client leadership team.
Develop, implement a project roadmap, and collaborate with the internal team to execute the plan- bringing the strategy to life.
Own the success of the performance against the KPIs and benchmarks, and the client's growth and satisfaction with our team.
Establish strong working relationships with the internal and client team.Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing the performance reports in partnership with the implementation team/analyst.
Respond to ad-hoc requests and inquiries from the client team.
Requirements
5+ years of demand generation leadership, sales or marketing operations experience in a B2B environment.5+ years of applicable experience for developing paid media and organic search strategy.
Experience with a variety of marketing automation, sales, and CRM tools; Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, Zoominfo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment.Project or program management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives, always keeping key stakeholders in the loop while managing scope.
Ability to adapt in a highly-dynamic environment - prioritizing projects, defining milestones or KPIs. Driving results with ownership while keeping key stakeholders accountable.Strong Business Acumen- able to make clear business cases for proposed solutions.
Experience with driving results with multichannel marketing strategy. (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Owned).Experience executing on ABM go to market strategy is a plus.
Experience in the technology/software industry or agency experience is a plus.
An excellent communicator - you enjoy working with internal partners to solve problems with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Accountability - Strong ownership, follow-up and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously and experience in collaborating cross-functionally.
Innovative & Action-oriented - Ability to identify areas of improvement, then propose and execute necessary changes/optimizations.Positive attitude & perseverance - always looking for a solution or a better way.
