About the Role: As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high-quality care standards. Your leadership will drive a culture of excellence and compassion, fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations - Manage budgetary and financial operations effectively - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment - Collaborate with medical professionals and community resources - Uphold the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction
Requirements:
Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of North Carolina
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care facility
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare operations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Passion for serving the residents with dignity and respect
