    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborating with various departments internally and externally to ensure project completion based on customer's requirements
    • Working with the Project Manager to build and lead cross-functional teams for program activities
    • Implementing the customer service plan to deliver top-notch service
    • Meeting customer expectations and resolving any concerns
    • Ensuring high-quality products or services within the program
    • Keeping all departments updated on customer-requested changes
    • Monitoring progress, tracking milestones, and reporting status to stakeholders
    • Assisting in developing methods to improve manufacturing processes
    • Performing other assigned tasks

    JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Five years of experience in a manufacturing shop floor
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
    • Experience with E2 software
