- Lead the Way: Provide leadership and training to the Network/IS Operations team, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
- Keep Us Connected: Assist in the design and installation of network hardware, servers, power systems, SAN systems, and telecommunications equipment.
- Solve Problems: Use cutting-edge software and hardware tools to diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Maintain Excellence: Manage the administration, repair, and maintenance of the phone system, voice mail system, call center server, and more.
- Be Our Tech Guru: Provide third-level support for Helpdesk tickets, ensuring our users always have the support they need.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain configuration inventories for disaster recovery planning and ensure adherence to IS policies and procedures.
- Handle the Unexpected: Manage proper escalation during outages and degraded system performance, with 24/7 availability for critical situations.
- Education and Experience: An undergraduate degree in computer science or business, or equivalent technical experience. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in IS server, telecommunications, or network operations.
- Certifications and Skills: Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: This role may require working rotating shifts, with some after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability.
