The Klaus Tschira Foundation gGmbH (KTS), one of the largest foundations in Germany, together with its affiliated organizations (KTS network), promotes natural sciences, mathematics, and computer science.

The KT Billing Services e.
K. (KTA), as part of the KTS network, is a medium-sized service company based in Heidelberg.

Since our founding, we have been working for the KTS network and providing top-notch services in the areas of finance and accounting, human resources, real estate and facility management, and IT to ensure smooth process handling.

As a team of 14, we are responsible for the operation, further development, and maintenance of the central IT infrastructure of the KTS network.

In addition, we support the departments in digitization and their journey to the cloud, provide IT support, and are jointly responsible for media technology.

We are looking for you at our location in Heidelberg, for an indefinite period, part-time or full-time (at least 75%), starting as soon as possible.

IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Your tasks In your role in IT support (1st and 2nd level), the focus is on recording, classifying, analyzing, and tracking problem and service reports, as well as change management using our ticket system Your support is needed for the operation, configuration, and administration of our IT infrastructure, client environment including peripherals, VoIP telephony, and media technology Your tasks also include the administration of central software
