- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics or the equivalent
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

Sumeru is searching for a dynamic, high energy and results driven Operating Associate based in New York City or the San Francisco Bay Area to join our team. The successful candidate will enjoy exposure to multiple B2B software industries and upleveling organizations through analysis of existing systems and processes and driving project plans forward. Ideal candidates will be self starters with hands on corporate experience analyzing business processes, creating plans, tracking metrics, and identifying roadblocks to success for transformation initiatives including automation through software or emerging Generative AI tools.
