    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual who loves helping others improve their lives through health and fitness.

    No prior industry experience needed, but we value excellent people skills and a strong work ethic. Join a dynamic team and enjoy a lively work environment where each day brings new experiences.

    The ideal candidate should be open to flexible hours (15-20/week), demonstrate leadership qualities, have a genuine interest in health and fitness, and embody our brand values. To qualify, you should be energetic, outgoing, a good motivator, and enthusiastic about sales, marketing, and fostering a positive club culture.

    We require someone who thrives in a health club setting, is motivated by sales, exudes a friendly demeanor, and genuinely cares about assisting others.

    Occasional evenings and weekends are part of the job. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is beneficial for this role.


    Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

    • Becoming the top ambassador for our brand, clubs, and services

    Anytime Fitness:

    by welcoming, encouraging, and assisting all members, handling phone inquiries professionally, making outbound calls to promote memberships and deals, facilitating new memberships and personal training sales, conducting facility tours, supporting daily club upkeep, organizing gym spaces, participating in marketing initiatives, and delivering top-notch customer service.

    Preferred candidates will have fitness industry or sales experience, enjoy collaborative gym environments, maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, vaccination against Covid-19 is preferred, fluency in English-Spanish is a bonus.
