We are currently seeking a full-time real estate agent (m/f/d) to join our team in Shiloh, NJ on a permanent basis.

Our company, HQM Hanse Quartiersmanagement GmbH, a subsidiary of the SCHULTZ Group, specializes in property management for residential and commercial properties.


Responsibilities:

  • Management of residential and commercial properties, serving as the main point of contact for owners and tenants
  • Assisting with the preparation of utility cost statements
  • Reporting and contributing to quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Budget creation and monitoring
  • Oversight and control of operational activities related to the properties
  • Property inspections and creating action plans, obtaining quotes and hiring contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Reviewing invoices and coordinating with service providers and subcontractors
  • Conducting rental space handovers

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training as a real estate agent and previous experience in the real estate industry
  • Familiarity with the HAUFE Powerhaus program is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Reliable and able to work well in a team
  • Detailoriented, organized, and conscientious
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
