Our Pro Seniore Residenz Am See is located in the heart of Joachimsthal, amidst the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve.

Our facility features a spacious garden that invites relaxation, as well as a protected dementia unit and a comfortable apartment area for assisted living.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

dedicated practice instructor

TOGETHER WITH YOU, WE WANT TO:
plan and implement training
create a creative teaching and learning environment
maintain close communication with schools and cooperation partners
organize exciting apprentice events and projects
discuss new ideas in practice instructor meetings


WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
the ability to inspire and support apprentices
teaching methods for self-learning
strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
intercultural competence
a completed education in elderly care, health care, or pediatric nursing with at least one year of professional experience
a pedagogical qualification for practice instruction or the desire to obtain one if not already possessed
