Employment Type:
Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time, temporary

Your Responsibilities:

Advising and supporting our specialists and managers on HR topics
Managing general personnel measures and administrative tasks, such as BEM, employment references, and reporting
Assisting with handling labor law issues
Participating in HR projects
Actively collaborating with HR colleagues from the Otto Group

Your Qualifications:

Completed training, ideally with relevant further education (e.g. HR specialist)
Several years of experience as an HR allrounder
Knowledge of labor law
Excellent German and ideally English skills, both written and spoken
Digital affinity and proficient in MS Office
Interest in participating in projects
Enjoyment of dynamic work processes with openness, appreciation, and helpfulness as an integral part of your personal values
