Save the Children is the world's largest independent child rights organization.

We work in 120 countries to promote the rights of all children to health and survival, education and protection from violence and exploitation.

For our growing telefundraising team, we are currently looking for telephone operators with a heart for the following tasks:

  • Calls to our donors and supporters
  • Telephone conversations as part of campaigns, e.g. information campaign for legacy donations
  • Digital recording of conversation and donationrelated data
  • Working in our office in Berlin
As a part-time employee, you are in the right place with us if you:

  • Can listen well
  • Can have conversations on an equal footing
  • Have life experience and can empathize with others
  • Have at least two days a week for 4 hours each
  • Have secure German language skills (C1)
  • Are proficient in using basic Windows applications
  • Ideally have experience in service telephony
  • Are looking for a valuable task where you can engage for the rights of children
