Job Title:


  • Trainee Program Construction Management (m/f/d)

The Tasks:


  • In your 2year trainee program, you will learn the management and execution of construction projects in track, civil and concrete construction
  • Professional training in identifying and pursuing contract changes
  • Organizing construction schedules and monitoring and controlling project results
  • Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors

What Inspires Us:


  • Your passion for construction, combined with a successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a technical education with relevant further training (construction technician, master craftsman, etc.)
  • Preferably some practical experience in the construction industry, preferably in track, civil or concrete construction
  • You work independently and carefully we give you freedom because we know that you know what you're talking about
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, commitment and the ability to constantly develop yourself are some of your best qualities
