You will master these tasks in Elfrida, AZ:

  • You will professionally and independently implement designed trainings
  • You will train employees in the logistical processes at the location
  • You will effectively convey complex process connections
  • You will measure the learning success of trained employees using objective criteria and summarize it in feedback
  • You will report to the training management and operational managers

What you bring:

  • You can objectively assess training progress
  • You understand complex process connections, can implement them and effectively convey them
  • You have a selfsufficient work style and enjoy taking responsibility
  • You are able to lead and inspire a group, and set a good example
  • You have demonstrable didactic and methodological skills (AdA certificate, trainer certificate)
  • You are open to all employees, regardless of their background or culture
  • You have certified foreign language skills; knowledge of sign language is desirable
  • You have basic knowledge of office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

What you can look forward to:

  • 1/2 day off on your birthday: On your birthday, you will receive half a day off. In addition, we only have the normal early shift on December 24th and 31st.
