We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate Working Student (M/F/d) to join our team in Old Monroe, MO.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and take a hands-on approach to solving challenges that are common in startup environments.

From day one, you will be involved in exciting projects, have a high level of independence and take ownership of your work.


In addition to utilizing your skills, we are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and collaborate with the team on both strategic and operational tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively drive business development and work closely with company management on strategic and operational matters
  • Conduct independent market and customer research to gather, manage, and analyze relevant business data
  • Communicate regularly with management about strategic issues, current challenges, and future projects, and take the lead on your own initiatives

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's/MBA program at a top university, with a focus on management, marketing, or a related field
  • Good understanding and some experience with marketing methods and tools
  • Interest in technology
  • Proactive and ambitious with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
