YOUR TASKS
- Staff planning as well as drafting and publishing job advertisements
- Review of application documents and scheduling of interviews
- Establishment and maintenance of employee database
- Recording of working hours, sick and vacation days, overtime, departures, etc.
- Preparation of contracts, employment references, certificates, and other documents for employees
- Support of payroll and/or personnel accounting
- Communication with authorities and health insurance companies and ensuring compliance with all reporting obligations
- Acting as a contact person for personnel matters for applicants, employees, and superiors
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You have good knowledge of English and are a positive, communicative personality who enjoys working in a team.
- Analytical and precise working methods characterize you.
- You have solid MS Office skills.
