- Process Improvement:

- Implement best practices and methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Master's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within an engineering or technical team.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with design and development.
- Successful track record of managing and mentoring teams towards achieving project goals and deadlines.
- Proven leadership skills in team building, management, and strategic planning.
- Broad technology experience including familiarity API, micro services, cloud data architecture, web & mobile development and event driven architectures highly preferred
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) preferred
- Proven experience in the design and development of electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software for both electrical and mechanical design.
- Competency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project planning, and execution.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
