    Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead is a jack of all trades to assist in all aspects of branch activities.

    Through communication, decisions and behavior by example, an Operations Associate promotes a culture that works together to exceed all internal and external customers expectations.


    Essential Functions:
    Accounts Receivable Maintain customer accounts in good financial standingCheck on payment status of open invoicesRun weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveriesInvoices Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free mannerCustomer Portal WorkReceiving paperwork and allocate orders, as neededBranch reception Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventoryAdditional general functions include; data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supplies orders and prepare customer statements

    Required Communication Skills:

    This Individual must possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills allowing for constant interaction with a full cross section of Thruway Customers, Vendors, and staff.
