Throughout my career I have been a creative and collaborative problem solver. I enjoy challenges and out-of-the-box thinking. Whether working independently or with a team, I bring with me a positive energy that supports effective operations. I have a diverse thorough background in business. I have worked across diverse segments of business: customer service, accounting/finance, inventory management, supply chain and operations. I recently led operations for an industry-leading manufacturing company, bringing monthly shipments from $2M to $4M under my leadership. After spending years working for an environmentally minded sustainable manufacturing company, I gained extensive knowledge of supply chain, inventory management and operations. I have a comprehensive understanding around process improvements, operational efficiencies, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communications. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the individuals I work with, the customers I serve, and the larger environment and world as a whole.

I obtained my Masters in Business Administration in 2017, with specific training in SEAM (Socio-Economic Approach to Management) in Lyon, France.
