Job Title: Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Altamonte Springs, Florida

Position Type: Full-Time (In-School) 30 hours

Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking

Contract Options: 1099 or W2

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals.
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and behavior.
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
Seminole County School Badge
