We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing and monitoring individualized treatment programs, providing ongoing training and support to staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the success of our clients.
-Responsibilities:_
- Conducted functional behavior assessments and developed comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
- Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and research in applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidencebased interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with experience using electronic data collection systems preferred.
