We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA, you will play a key role in designing and monitoring individualized treatment programs, providing ongoing training and support to staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:_

  • Conducted functional behavior assessments and developed comprehensive behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in applied behavior analysis.

Requirements:


  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidencebased interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with experience using electronic data collection systems preferred.
