We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a
1099 contract position.
initial assessments for new clients. You will play a critical role in determining clients' strengths, needs, and goals, and developing individualized treatment plans. Fluency in both
Spanish and English is desirable.
Responsibilities:

Conduct Initial Assessments:
- Gather information from parents, caregivers, and other relevant sources.
- Administer standardized assessments (such as Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, AFLS) and conduct direct observations to assess behavior, communication skills, social skills, and other relevant areas.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (speech therapists, occupational therapists, etc.) to gather comprehensive assessment data.
Analyze Assessment Results:
- Identify areas of strength and areas for improvement based on assessment findings.
- Set specific goals for intervention.
Develop Individualized Treatment Plans:
- Collaborate with the client's family and treatment team.
- Provide recommendations for therapy interventions, educational support, and community resources.
Effective Communication:
- Clearly communicate assessment findings and treatment recommendations to clients, families, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an
MA degree in a related field and have a
BCBA certification. - Certification must be kept up to date.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hourly Rate:
The hourly rate for this 1099 contract position is
between $70 and $76.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (Saturday optional).
- Maximum of
60 hours per week.
