- Candidate should have 5+ years of relevant Civil Design experience
- Ideal candidate would already have their PE, OR already be registered and planning to sit for the PE exam within 3-6 months
- Candidate should have some Project Management exposure and be ready and willing to grow into a Project Management type role within 12-14 months.
- Candidate should be comfortable reviewing and QA/QC-ing plans, be able to sign and seal documents (if a PE)
- Candidate should be comfortable with client and jurisdiction interactions on a regular basis
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 (a PE with some PM experience would garner the higher end of that range with exemplified experience, whereas a 5+ design engineer without a PE would be closer to the low end – so advertising a smaller range based on the candidate might be advised)
