As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a Senior Construction Supervisor for Railway Superstructure/Structural Engineering (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at our location in Cologne, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

Ensuring the contractcompliant implementation of construction projects in the field of railway superstructure/structural engineering
Coordinating the timely completion of construction measures in close cooperation with the planning team, project management, and external contractors
Monitoring costs, deadlines, and agreed quality, as well as approving invoices and reviewing claims
Managing contracts and claims is a separate focus within the construction supervision team
Responsible for the technical supervision of acceptance and commissioning of functional systems
Ensuring safe and smooth railway operations during construction (working "under the rolling wheel") and compliance with applicable operational and safety regulations

Your profile:

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable field and practical experience in construction projects or construction supervision in the field of structural engineering, as well as knowledge of applicable legal regulations
