Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping for various clients (corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships) in Montmorenci
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly sales tax returns
  • Accounts receivable and payable management, including payment reconciliation
  • Preparatory work for yearend closing
  • Preparation of corporate tax returns
  • Preparation of personal income tax returns
  • Support in outofcourt appeal proceedings and tax audits

  • Support in the creation of process documentation and implementation of systems in compliance with GoBD
  • Digitization and automation of recurring work processes, as well as optimization of internal processes (order management, direct debits, tasks)
  • Use and implementation of ADDISON OneClick for both clients and the firm
  • Consulting for clients on digitization of bookkeeping processes
  • Support in the implementation of document management

Qualifications:
In addition to experienced professionals with completed training or degree, we also welcome applications from career changers.
