Lead global enterprise level financial modeling / ROI / NPV efforts
Build and maintain corporate (long term 3 statement) model
Support BD with financial modeling needs & due diligence efforts

Management Reporting:
Finance lead for enterprise level FP&A consolidation and reporting, including Annual Budget, Quarterly LBEs, Long Range Plan
Coordinate with FP&A business partners and accounting on closing and reporting cadence
Coordinate with ELT on scheduling and cadence of the above FP&A workstreams
Lead improvement efforts for streamlining reporting capabilities, with a focus on delivering quality commentary and actionable insights. This includes monthly Revenue, full P&L and cash reporting, quarterly forecasting, and long term forecasting efforts
Cash Forecasting:
Build/maintain short and long term cash forecasting model using latest projections as a basis
Monthly reporting updates with comparison to plan
External Guidance /
Investor Relations Support:
Finance lead for developing external guidance proposal to be reviewed by CIRO and CFO
Finance lead for coordinating incoming investor / analyst requests and questions, and for any IR modeling needs
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
MS/MBA preferred
8+ years relevant finance and/or accounting experience / 2+ years FP&A/modeling experience
2+ years Pharmaceutical / Biotech experience required
Expert level Excel, ability to model complexity with accuracy and speed
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Superior planning and prioritization abilities
Good understanding of US GAAP accounting standards
Experience learning and working with financial systems (ERP, FP&A software)
Compensation:
Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands.
The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
