Description

As the (Senior) Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at Hulmeville, your main responsibility will be to establish and oversee the FP&A competence center. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Controlling to ensure the development of a top-notch FP&A center of excellence. Your duties will include controlling planning processes, analyzing financial performance, utilizing digital tools for performance analysis, conducting ad hoc analyses, and providing support for international projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital tools, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with multicultural stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Controlling to establish a world-class FP&A center of excellence.
Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Facilitate communication with business units to ensure alignment and accuracy in planning.
Analyze, interpret, and assess financial performance.
Identify potential areas for improvement and assist in defining appropriate measures and decision-making needs.
Utilize digital tools and modeling for performance analysis.
Conduct scenario analyses and identify improvement areas using digital tools.
Perform ad hoc analyses and reports to directly support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Provide assistance for international projects and initiatives as needed.
