Role:
- **Financial Oversight:** Lead financial planning, revenue cycle management, payroll, and accounting practices aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
- **Policy Development:** Create and put into effect policies and procedures to uphold financial integrity and comply with accounting principles and CHC protocols
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Cultivate and sustain positive relationships and transparent communication with various stakeholders, such as lending institutions, medical staff, and board members.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Guarantee the hospital's adherence to government regulations, accrediting agency standards, and internal policies.
- **Strategic Planning:** Contribute to strategic planning initiatives to bolster the hospital's growth and delivery of essential community services.
- **Budget Management:** Efficiently oversee operating, project, and capital budgets to maximize financial resources.
- **Team Leadership:** Develop and guide a skilled team, nurturing a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field required; CPA designation preferred. A graduate-level degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** 5-7 years of progressive experience in Hospital Finance/Accounting, with prior Hospital CFO experience needed. Experience with Medhost is preferred.
- **Skills:** Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, revenue cycle management, accounting, and budgeting.
