- Accounts Payable (AP):
- Handle incoming invoices efficiently.
- Ensure prompt settlement of vendor invoices and maintain precise records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies.
- Execute check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
- Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Create and dispatch invoices to clients.
- Monitor and chase overdue accounts for timely payments.
- Record and balance customer payments.
- Prepare AR aging reports and support month-end closing.
- Payroll:
- Handle bi-weekly/monthly payroll processing for all staff.
- Ensure adherence to payroll laws and regulations at all levels.
- Maintain precise payroll records and generate reports.
- Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies effectively.
- Administrative Management:
- Supervise general office procedures and operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as required.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Maintain orderly filing systems for physical and digital records.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- An Associate's degree coupled with relevant experience is also acceptable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and regulations.
