Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

  • Organizing, coordinating, and processing international shipments (road, air, sea, and courier)
  • Creating freight orders, waybills, export documents, and other accompanying papers
  • Handling customer inquiries/complaints such as transit time requests, transit time complaints, etc.
  • Working closely and coordinating with internal departments and external transport service providers
  • Monitoring timely delivery of our spare parts
  • Contributing to the optimization of shipping processes

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist (m/f/d)
  • Detailed knowledge of international transportation is advantageous (air and sea freight)
  • Knowledge of customs processes
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods in the areas of IATA-DGR, IMDG, and ADR is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems such as BaaN
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Reliable, committed, and independent work style
