The hagebau IT GmbH, based in Soltau, is the central IT service provider for the shareholders and headquarters of hagebau. It offers comprehensive services in the areas of merchandise management, software, and services that the approximately 350 shareholders of hagebau need to implement their core business in the DIY and specialist trade (building materials, wood, tiles).

For the Shareholder ERP department at our headquarters in Soltau and partially in the Mobile Office, we are currently looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist (m/f/d).

In our dynamic team, the individual support of our valued shareholders is at the heart of our work. But that's just the beginning - we are in the midst of an exciting phase of change as we prepare to switch from our proven legacy ERP system to a highly modern new system. As a member of our 14-person team, dedicated to managing our merchandise management system, you will not only be part of a work environment, but also an inspiring way of life. Your tasks

  • Acceptance, classification, and processing of incoming inquiries and fault reports via our ticket system
  • Ensuring smooth operations and direct communication via telephone/email
