Your responsibilities:

Independently processing production orders
Ensuring product quality, meeting deadlines, and managing costs
Preparing workstations according to assigned tasks
Ordering materials, packaging, and necessary tools
Operating and maintaining assigned equipment
Accurately recording materials and work hours
Constantly monitoring and controlling production in accordance with manufacturing and testing regulations
Conducting ongoing quality control checks
Completing assigned tasks while adhering to quantity and quality standards (waste and FF key figures) and packaging requirements
Carefully handling and maintaining machines, equipment, and tools

Your profile:

Completed vocational/technical training or sufficient experience in a rubber processing industrial company
Manual dexterity, basic computer skills, and technical understanding
Willingness to work in a 3shift system
