We are currently looking for you as a (Junior) Junior Manager District Leader for Signaling and Control Technology (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our Königs Wusterhausen location.


Your tasks:

  • As a District Leader for Signaling and Control Technology (LST), you are responsible for the infrastructure facilities in the LST area (signal systems such as electronic interlockings) in your regional support area (district) and ensure safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic.
  • We will train you to become a specialist in the railway system and, after successful completion, you will be responsible for the maintenance of signaling and control systems, evaluate and document the results, and initiate followup measures if necessary.
  • Your qualification plan will be individually tailored to your previous knowledge and needs, giving you the opportunity to look beyond the company's qualifications and build extensive networks.
  • After your qualification, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in your assigned district and participate in cost and personnel planning.
