- Develop Customer Quality Systems and KPIs.
- Develop and Manage Department Budget and Customer Charges.
- Assure the response in Customer Scorecard Performance to be in spec.
- Manage the Quality Portal from the Customer.
- Manage and Develop a Warranty Quality system for the customer.
- Communicate and visit constantly the customer facility to improve relationships.
- Ensure quick and correct response to Quality Issues from our Products to Customers.
- Assure Customer Problem Solving and Analysis of Chronic Issues.
- Manage PPAP Documentation required in the Customer Portal.
- Deviations request to customer.
- Improve Department KPIs and Performance of the team.
- Assure Quality Liaisons at Customer Plants deliver correct responses and service to customers.
- Manage and have the correct administration with the sorting companies in case of some abnormality with the customer or sequence center.
- Engineering degree desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the automotive industry, in the area of quality and/or manufacturing. Customer Service experience.
- PPAP.
- GD&T.
- Interpretation of sample data sheets (Dimensional Reports).
- Excel to elaborate cost reports, graphs, and presentation skills.
