In addition to the diverse regional daily newspapers and news portals , and , digital services, entertainment, start-up coaching, marketing complete services and specialist media are available for the diversity of the group.

Almost 2400 people at around 20 locations contribute to the success of the traditional and future-oriented media house.

Responsibilities:

Do you want to make a fulfilling contribution to the design and optimization of operational processes and business processes in a successful media company and support executives and employees in mastering the new challenges of digital transformation? Then you are in the right place at the Mediengruppe Oberfranken (mgo)

As a process management consultant, you will qualify and advise executives, process managers, process owners, project sponsors and project managers on the effective implementation of the associated management methods (process management, project management, objective and key result management, innovation management, organizational design).

By effectively applying these management methods, you will support the successful implementation of the strategies of the respective business areas in the mgo.

The core tasks in process management include:
