As a change management consultant, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop world-class change management and strategy solutions. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll have a tangible impact on your client's mission, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

7+ years of experience in a professional environment
3+ years of experience working with clients on change management solutions
Ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients
Ability to identify differentiating change management solutions to client problems and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders for implementation
Ability to manage, coordinate, and integrate multiple teams conducting diverse tasks
Ability to cultivate a positive team dynamic, focused on delivery and team member growth and development as world-class consultants
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
