- Coordinate programs to recruit homeowner applicants for different housing opportunities.
- Conduct applicant orientations and guide families through the application process.
- Collaborate with the family selection committee to select homeowner families according to set criteria.
- Provide educational opportunities to homeowner families in coordination with the family services committee.
- Occasionally work side by side with homeowner families as they fulfill their contract requirements.

Homeowner Services Coordinator

If so, this full-time AmeriCorps service position is a fantastic way to make a difference in the lives of others while enhancing your own knowledge and skills.
The homeowner services coordinator is tasked with managing and expanding the pool of homeowner families by taking the lead in recruiting and educating eligible families for homeownership and home repair programs. In this role, you will engage with homeowner applicants and assist them throughout the application process. Additionally, you will collaborate with a family selection committee to choose homeowner families for various housing projects, including new construction, home repairs, and weatherization efforts.
This role will primarily focus on activities related to homeowner services, research, monitoring, and the use of virtual/digital systems within the Habitat affiliate operations.
