- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited school
- Minimum of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an ISO CNC and Precision Assembly Environment
- Must have Root Cause Analysis, process control, problem-solving skills in a Continuous Improvement Environment
- Experience performing internal audits and audit reporting
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with ISO 9001; certification is a bonus.
- Background in CNC Machines and Precision Metal Machining; experience with John Deere or similar organizations is beneficial.
- Knowledge of CMM and alike measurement machinery, Calibration of Tooling
- Work on new projects as part of the team
- Conduct root cause analysis, process control, and problem solving in a continuous improvement environment
- Perform internal audits and prepare audit reports
- Collaborate with external suppliers and subcontractors.
